Order Verification
All orders may be verified through phone call, WhatsApp, or other communication channels before dispatch.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return if:
The product received is damaged during delivery.
The wrong product was delivered.
The product packaging is significantly damaged upon receipt.
To qualify for a return:
The request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.
Proof of damage or incorrect delivery may be required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
Opened products
Used products
Products damaged due to customer misuse
Bulk or custom orders unless delivered incorrectly
Refund Process
Once a return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed accordingly.
For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds may be issued through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
Exchange Policy
Where applicable, Cleanify may offer a replacement product instead of a refund.
